Street parking only. There is street parking available in front of house. Unlimited after 6 pm and Sundays, 2 hr limit 8 am-6 pm mon-sat, no parking on one side of street Tue mornings and the other Wed mornings for street cleaning.
Long-term street parking nearby. There is also long-term street parking available during the day 3 minutes away from the house for $.25 per hour for up to 10 hours and free overnight.
Firm pricing. Pricing is firm and set after careful consideration.
Policies are carefully crafted. I carefully craft policies to optimize guest experience, taking into account myriad factors and balancing my capacity. I like to personally care for this property and do not have a staff. If you prefer hotel-like support such as complimentary early check-ins (before 4 pm), complimentary late checkouts (past 10 am) and complimentary luggage drop-offs and holds, please select a different property for a better fit.
Best enjoyment. I recommend booking a minimum of 2 nights to fully experience the property with ease.
Well-loved house. Please know this is not a new build so you will encounter some discolored floors, cracked tiles and older sink faucets. I balance function with aesthetics as I hold a high value of care for our environment. I am on the path of being fully-converted to electric appliances and systems to capitalize on clean solar energy, while being mindful to minimize unnecessary waste and harm to the environment.
